4 Professors Inaugurated, Rector Highlights Learning Crisis
In his remarks, the Rector of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si highlighted the learning crisis experienced by Indonesia over the last 20 years based on the PISA test indicators. Based on the test, it is known that Indonesia has not experienced an increase in learning over the last 10-20 years and 70 percent of students aged 15 years are under general competence.

Rector: Cooperation with the Ministry of Law and Human Right Accelerates WCU
In his remarks, the USU Rector said that one of the assessments of the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings in order to reach the Top 500 World Class University is the exchange of foreign students and lecturers at USU, so a visa is needed to come to Indonesia, especially USU. USU students also participate in student exchanges abroad, therefore collaboration with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is required to make it easier to apply for passports.

Fun Run BTN - USU Forms Banking CSR in the Education Sector
USU Rector Dr. Muryanto Amin S.Sos., M.Si said that the form of Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by Bank BTN is in the form of infrastructure development. Previously, Bank BTN had several times provided assistance to USU in the form of procurement or repair of the infrastructure. It is known that later improvements will be made to the public park for students.
